Schedule of Courses, 2006
All of the
courses below will be conducted by assistant teachers of S. N. Goenka using
audio and video tapes of Mr. Goenka's instructions and discourses. All ten
day courses begin the evening of the arrival day and end early morning of the

Apply Early. Please note that some courses are full 2 - 3 months in advance. We
encourage you to apply early in order to allow time to make travel
arrangements once registered.

- Download the application
form, fill it out and email it as an attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If this for any reason is not
possible please contact the centre and we are going to send you a paper
- An application is required to
register for all courses.
- Await notification. All correspondence
will be through e-mail if you give an e-mail address in your
application. Due to the large volume of applications, it may take up to
10 days before receiving notification.
- Once accepted for a course we
require a confirmation of attendance from applicants to secure their
place on the course.
Children's course : October 1st to 2nd
10- day course
: December 21st , 2006 to January 1st , 2007

courses are introductory courses to Vipassana Meditation where the technique
is taught step-by-step each day. The courses begin after a 2-4 pm
registration period and an orientation talk, followed by 10 full days of meditation,
and end in the morning of the 11th day by 7:30am. See the

courses are designed for teenagers 16-19 years of age, as an introduction to
meditation. Presently we are not yet offering these courses.
Courses for Old
Students A number of course types are exclusively for Old Students,
i.e. persons who have completed at least one 10-day course in this tradition.
These include short refresher courses namely 1-day courses and 3-day courses.

Service : Since the
Centre is still in its initial stage of development, we need not only service
during courses and for maintenance of the centre but also for construction
